Um, pre-e has a lot of other symptoms. It's rarely just a head ache. OP, if you're concerned, talk to your doctor. But all of your symptoms sound pretty typical for 3rd tri.
I wouldn't say really bad cramps are typical! If you've tried drinking a lot water, laying down, and having a warm bath/shower and the cramps still persist, call your doctor.

Actually, one of the really dangerous things about preeclampsia is that it mimics typical pregnancy symptoms. Some people don't experience many symptoms at all.

Right, but what OP is describing could be a million things. I just wouldn't jump to pre-e.
