Idea for Tuesday (pictures)

My old BMB used to do a photo contest every Tuesday, with voting on the cutest pic on Wednesday. The weekly winner then came up with a new theme by the end of the week, so that people could get creative over the weekend. After many months, at some point we just switched to the "theme" being a letter of the alphabet, with the title of the picture having to start with that letter.

I never actually submitted any pictures or voted, but I did like the idea of brainstorming creative photo ideas. Maybe we could do something similar, but without the voting, if people don't like the competition?

Eta: themes were like "babies in blankets", "water babies", "babies with animal friends", "sibling love", etc.

I think the voting was really just so that one person had to pick the theme each week--although I remember at first that people had badges that said things like "cutest water baby" and things like that.

I just figured on this board, with all the compulsive love titting, biting may not go over as well!

We could do our favorite thing and use a poll to vote for themes. Just set a date and time that you must vote by for it to count.
