Slight Brag-DH=NEW JOB!

Okay, so I am totally on an adrenaline rush right now, and I just have to tell SOMEONE!

Backstory--DH came out with a Master's in Architecture in 2008. Perfect timing, right as the economy crumbled, no one was building anything, no firms at the career fair were actually hiring. He, luckily, got a job at a firm. Was laid off a month later

Was working a "crap" job to make money for about 6 months, then found a stable, decent job as an engineer/CAD drafter for a retailer.

Was there for 4 years, didn't really love it, but it was okay. The issue is that every building looks the same, he isn't really building his career where he wants to.

Found a PERFECT opening at a small firm, did networking and had his resume flagged by 2 different people.

Interviewed...was one of three finalists...did a final interview last Wednesday...AND GOT THE OFFER LAST NIGHT! It is more money, better benefits and he gets to do REAL ARCHITECTURE and become licensed eventually!
