    Does he seem frustrated or is it taking him a long time? If not, he's probably fine- you don't have to ever move up. But if you think he can handle it, give it a shot. Honestly, mine didn't seem to care which level I used but they were also at least 5 mos before we ever tried something faster b/c combo feeding.
