  It will only help if your prolactin levels are low. If they are ok which I'm assuming is the case since you are pumping that much it won't up your output.

  I ordered dom without an rx from an online pharm in the south pacific. Sounds super shady right?
  
  I do think it helped a little and I was so desperate that I would do it again. It helped my friend more. She was having issues possibly related to breast augmentation sx. We both took the max dose. It was something like 3-4 pills/3x day.

  I started it at 8 mos when I had a huge supply drop.  Within 3 days of starting the max does (3 pills, 3x day) my supply was back up.  For me it was a wonder drug.  I also ordered from the off shore pharmacy recommended by Dr. Jack Newman who is basically the breastfeeding god.

  I used it when I had troubles with my supply with a tongue-tied singleton. It worked really well for me, but as others have said, it doesn't have the same result for everyone. It might be worth a shot, though!

  I used domperidone with my singleton DS. Everything was going fine until I went back to work and had to pump all day, my supply tanked, bad. He went from 40% to 9% in 2 months. Yikes! I took it 3 times a day (30mg if I remember correctly) and my supply sky rocketed (I ate oats and flaxseed until I was blue in the face and nada, no help at all). I blame the pump since everything was fine up until then. Anyway, only side effect I had in the 5 months I took it was more frequent bathroom trips, TMI, sorry. It is a GI motility drug, which cleans out your pipes quickly, but its added side effect is that is increases prolactin. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again, I would rather do that than supplement, just my opinion. GL with whatever you choose!

  I took it an it gave me and my son diarrhea. Lesson learned if it's bad on Momma's body it may have the same effect on baby. We they switched to mixing BM and formula. He got the good stuff and a full tummy.
