I agree with the PPs. It's highly unlikely. If you're measuring that far ahead, they would have looked very closely for another baby during your ultrasound.

If someone has measured you and acknowledged that you are measuring 7 weeks ahead, then I'm sure they made sure to look carefully during the u/s. And even if they don't suspect, it's highly unlikely to miss twins at 16w. They told me the sex of my twins at 16w, the 2nd baby would've been hard to miss.
Yes, very unlikely that they would have missed a second baby. If you're measuring that far ahead it may be worth getting your GD test done a bit earlier (especially if your baby is measuring ahead).
Agree....at every US we could either very clearly see 2 babies on the screen at once, or while they look at baby A, we get baby B pushing in with a foot or head etc...would be really hard to miss I would think!
