Alternative nipples for Medela bottles?

I go back to work in two weeks and so far LO has taken a bottle just fine, thankfully.  I have a whole collection of bottles from trying a million from my picky DS1 but the easiest thing would just be to use a nipple compatible with the Medela bottles so we don't have to wash double the bottles after pumping and transferring plus I probably have about 20 Medela bottles already.  I have tried the Medela nipples as well as Dr. Brown nipples with the Medela bottles and collars and they aren't vented so DS ends up collapsing the nipples very frequently.  Does anyone know of any alternate slow flow nipples that are perhaps vented or won't collapse that can be used with the Medela bottles?

    Evenflo nipples and collars fit on medela and are thicker/sturdier. I haven't had them collapse like the medela or dr browns. I bought a set of the glass evenflo bottles so that's how I got the nipples and figured out they were compatible (because like you I thought it was easier to just put a nipple on the pumped bottle).
