Extreme fatigue when weaning?

Has anyone else experienced extreme fatigue during the weaning process? My daughter is 14.5 months old, and we still nurse when together after work during the evening and in the morning before work. I finished weaning from the pump at the end of February, and I have been so exhausted ever since. Is this normal? I'm also going to call my endocrinologist to make sure my thyroid medication doesn't need to be increased, but this change seems so sudden and my thyroid symptoms usually come on gradually. I've also had 3 cases of mastitis since mid February, but I finished the antibiotics over a week ago and have no signs of infection. Any thoughts on whether weaning from the pump could make me so tired?
ETA: If anyone else has experienced this, do you remember how long the fatigue lasted?

No personal experience, but my first thought was to have thyroid checked. It would make sense that levels shift as hormones adjust. Feel better.

Thank you! I'm going to call the endo tomorrow and try to go in for blood work this week. My next appointment is in July, and I definitely can't wait that long!
