  I don't think I'd put just the bag into a bottle warmer.  Even if it could withstand the heat of the steam, I've had bags leak on me.  You don't want to waste that precious BM from a leak into the bottle warmer.

  I thaw them in the crockpot. Because we exclusively bottle feed we just keep the crock pot on low all the time but you can also float them in a cup of hot water. Just make sure they are closed!

  You can steam frozen BM in the Dr Browns bottle warmer that we have. We haven't had to thaw them that way yet but in a pinch I'd put the BM bag in another ziplock bag and then warm them.
