I agree with the PP that this is really the hardest wait. I had to talk myself out of setting up an appt with an obgyn this next week because I want to know what's going on in there.

The first ultrasound will be here before you know it, and the few days before you'll probably be worried about what you may see. That's totally normal too!
Just keep telling yourself, today you're pregnant. Every time the doubt creeps in, push it away, because today you're pregnant and you have no reason to believe otherwise.
I was super crampy too. Stretching really seemed to help. I also noticed that I got more crampy (obviously) when I didn't drink enough water regularly. There's a lot going on in there right now!
I agree with PP, that was the toughest time. It's so hard to relax and let your mind enjoy this time!
