Weekend plans?

Tomorrow I am playing personal stylist. A coworker had asked me to help her pick out clothes at the mall. I am also going to finally work on my garden. Can't wait! I was going to start on it today, but decided not to because I was too tired after work and decided to nap instead. On Sunday, it's the usual...church, laundry, clean the house, etc. I may also get my hair cut. Just had it trimmed a few days ago, but I now want it to be two inches shorter.

We have a scavenger hunt 5k tomorrow but DD is sick so now we are scrambling to find a replacement team member for one of us. I'm still hoping to have fun. I'm going to try and get some gardening done as well. Sunday I work.

I am also working on our garden/landscaping in the front of the house tomorrow and Sunday. Tomorrow morning I'm running a local 15k.

We had a photographer friend come take photos of our dog tonight. He's gotta build his portfolio back up cause he just left the company he's been with for the past 11 years and technically doesn't own any of the photography he's done which sucks. Other than that studying, studying, studying.. Finally not being a procrastinator like I always am for exams.

Next weekend is H birthday and Im surprising him with seats right behind the dugout at the Phillies game (were coming to your town @Joy2611‌

) so were pretty low key this weekend. Side note I can't believe I've kept the surprise for this long! I wanted to tell him immediately. He's gonna flip. But FFFC: I might be more excited cause the Phanatic is gonna shake his giant belly right in our faces and I can't wait.

I work tomorrow. My husband is on base for the weekend, so I'll either do some yardwork or housework on Sunday by myself (or with my mom and/or sisters if I can convince them to come help!).

My wonderful husband planned an overnight trip for my birthday. And of course AF came today (on my birthday) and I'm super crampy, so bloated and breaking out all over my face. We are supposed to go out for a fancy dinner and the last thing I want to do is get dressed up. I feel so guilty that he's made these great plans and all I want to do is curl up in bed in my sweat pants. I'm praying I feel better tomorrow but it's unlikely since it will only be CD2. Blah.

I'm throwing a baby shower for SIL where I will be asked incessantly when a sib will be coming for C. (But I am in an off-putting mood thanks to this past cycle, so I'll nip that one right away!) Nevertheless, I'm excited for the shower and to celebrate the mom-to-be. Hopefully it will be warm enough to run outside.

And my hat is off to all of you doing yard work and gardening today! I unintentionally kill most of our flowers and the weeds survive yearly. We are actually hiring someone to do an entire landscape overhaul this year.

Today we have Easter pics for DD, packing, and may end up going downtown for the Chalk Walk tonight (locals artists cover a block downtown with sidewalk chalk art..very cool). Tomorrow we have church, grocery shopping, and probably doing some clean up work in Mom's yard (she pays us to maintain it)....we'd be doing yard work in our own yard, but our buyers haven't been very nice so I am disinclined to spend another moment of my blood, sweat, and tears in a yard i won't own in 3 weeks.

Rearranging the living room since we sold our fish tank yesterday. Possibly running out to grab a $ store hpt cause past 3 days I've been feeling nausea. And surely if I am having symptoms it should turn positive by now. So fx

I am cheering DH on as he starts a new fitness program at a place called Farrell's. I don't know if anyone has heard of it but it seems cool. DH is super excited as he has gained quite a bit of weight and had been miserable about it. FX he likes it and sticks to it!

I'm going to see Aziz Ansari tonight and then going to LA tomorrow for the Clippers-Lakers game. This weekend is actually DH's anniversary present I bought him a few weeks ago. I will also be nervously watching the Kentucky game tonight and I cannot wait for Game of Thrones tomorrow night!

Tomorrow DH and I are going to a nice hotel for one night. Monday's my birthday and this will be the first time since A was born that we will be on our own for the night. We plan on champagne, room service, and asleep by 10. Boring, I know, but I am so so excited about the prospect of an entire night of sleep!!!
