Sanity savers

Ok, I know I can't be the only one that does weird stuff to keep my toddler entertained so I can get stuff done. What have you done lately?

Em is currently sitting in her old high chair seat on the floor, eating string cheese and watching bubble guppies. Her new booster seat came, so I took the old one off and set it in the floor until I could get it back on the high hair base for Nicky. After dinner, Em wanted to play in it, but I needed to give Nicky a bottle. At first I bribed her with the just the promise of bubble guppies, but she's a hard negotiator.

    Charlie has been working on emptying one of the kitchen drawers that has plastic utensils and straws. They're all over now but she's been pretty happy with them.

    Eden is starting to throw stuff all the time. She loves bouncy balls or just little plastic ones. She will throw them all over the house, retrieve them, then do it again and again. She also likes playing with her baby hangers.
