Thank You Hostess Gift

I need a little help ladies. I have been very distracted and just realized my baby shower is next weekend. It is being thrown by my MIL, SIL, Mom, and sister. My family live out of town, but all my ILs live here. I would love to be able to send my Mom & sister home with a little thank you gift. I will have an extra week to get gifts together for MIL & SIL who I will be seeing again the following weekend for Easter.

What are you giving to the hostess(es) of your showers? I would also like to get something for my 8 year old niece who will be with my SIL.

I apologize if this was already asked. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.

    Mine and DH's families tend to keep it simple. We usually just do flowers, either a bouquet or arrangement depending on the occasion and how involved the people were in planning. We considered gift cards, too, to either a spa or restaurant.

    I had 6 hostesses to buy for since I had two showers. They are all very simple girls. I found these canvas bags at Michaels that have pretty quotes on them, then put journals with their initials on the front, inside. Simple but they loved it.

    I got my mom & sister Alex & Ani "grandma" and "aunt" bracelets. Not a big deal, just a nice thought :)

    I got bags of chocolate/caramel dipped pretzels, popcorn and mallows from My Chocolate Affair for the 7 women who helped with my shower. They all loved it, though I didn't know one of them was doing a no sugar month. Whoops.

    I got orchids at Whole Foods. The florist wrapped them up all pretty with tissue paper and ribbon.

    Flowers are always good, I would order some for delivery. I have gotten a gift card for a manicure before.

    I gave my friend who hosted my shower a really nice bottle of wine. She went so above and beyond that my DH and I also plan to take her and her DH to a fancy dinner.

    For my SIL who went a little crazy with my shower I got her a pedicure gift cert. for the ladies who hosted my church shower I got them little food gifts diet Mountain Dew m&ms chai latte and some dairy free chocolate chip cookies. Things they both love.

    My mom and MIL are my hosts. I'm getting them frames from Things Remembered that say "my first photo with Grandma."

    Beta #1 9/19 (16dpiui) 144 hCG; 19.6 progesterone - Crinone to increase levels; Beta #2 9/23 (20dpiui) 705 hCG; 19.6 progesterone - continue Crinone; Beta #3 9/30 (27dpiui) 8355 hCG; 16.1 progesterone - continue Crinone
    U/S #1 10/8 Awesome ultrasound!  1 healthy, growing little bean.  H/R 128bpm, measuring 6 weeks, 6 days!; U/S #2 10/21 Just as awesome!  H/R 179bpm, measuring 8 weeks 6 days!; Surprise U/S #3 10/28 - still moving along!  Measuring 9 weeks 5 days; 12 week U/S & NT Scan 11/13/13: one wiggly, jumpy, kicking, punching, thumb sucking little bean!!!  Scan looks good, normal measurements.  :)  H/R 170 bpm; 12/11: Doppler registered H/R at 150 bpm; 12/20: Underlying Chronic Hypertension - Methyldopa to control BP; 1/2/2014 - It's a boy!!!!  Everything looks awesome!

    Mines this weekend and im giving my mom who is hosting a gift set from bath and body works. She loves their soaps so its useful ^.^

    This is baby 2 so no shower this time but with my first my two best friends hosted mine and I got them each a gift certificate to their salon for spa treatments. Both of them had airplane trips and I suspect spent a lot of money on the party and travel so I wanted to do something extra special.

    My husband's and my BFF is hosting our co-ed shower and she is also going to be my son's Godmother so DH and I are getting her a sterling silver personalized bracelet from Things Remembered. The bracelet has a personalized message and her children's birthstones as well as my son's.

    My in laws hosted our shower and we sent them Harry and David goodies. Since they live out of town it was easy to have delivered. They LOVED it. They also have cute little Easter chocolate bunnies for your niece.
