Feel like crap after IUI

I triggered on Saturday and  I had my IUI on Monday, and I still feel like crap.  I have been crampy, and tired, ultimately just feel icky.  Oh and my boobs are super sore

I know it is obviously too early for any sort of pg systems, but I am wondering if this is normal after an IUI and how long it will last.

    Are you on progesterone? If so, then : Yes. 


    If not, you're still feeling residual trigger crap, and it'll take a few days to feel like a normal human again, but if you're on progesterone, then enjoy feeling like crap for a while :/

    nope no progesterone.   So its still the trigger stuff.  Good to know. Thanks!
