Ok ladies TGIF.
I am glad I remembered this. I am so sick. Head congestion, coughing so bad my ribs hurt. Just took Benadryl so have to write this quick I can feel myself getting sleepy.

Let's see those adorable furry ones!!!
A friend sent me a gift for the baby. I had two furry ones checking everything out. Had to have a talk with the golden that the stuffed animal is not his to walk around with. Lol

@dragonfly711‌ I assume you meant to ask me that question. We had the actual medical goop but then ran out and now we just use aloe we bought from the grocery store, it works great!

This morning we practiced swaddling on our mini schnauzer. Didn't go as smoothly as planned. Our larger dog was quite confused. :-)

I have been on the couch sick all day. These three have been with me most of the day. My belly is under the blue blanket. Love these three.

Unfortanately, I'm losing my boxer very soon. She has cancer and the tumor perforated her lung and collapsed it. She's home on supportive meds for now. We had to put down our other boxer last May and it killed me. Trying to not have to make that decision again.

I am so so sorry. It is never easy. I had to put two dogs and a cat to sleep within 3 months of each other. I have worked at an animal hospital for years and it was never easy to have to watch an animal be put to sleep. The thing that helped me was to know that I could help my guys not be in pain anymore. No more suffering. T&P to you and your family.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear this. At least she is being loved and cared for by the most adorable and sweet hospice nurses I have ever seen! The decision when to give peace to your animal is one I have never had to make and am someday dreading. I tell my cats all the time that they are never allowed to "go to college". ("Go to college" has always been my families term for what happens when pets pass away).
