Hard, white pimple on DS's peen

Let me preface this by saying we are calling the pediatrician tomorrow morning, I just wanted to know if anyone had an similar experiences.

During his bath tonight, I noticed he had a tiny lump on the shaft of his penis (about where he would have foreskin). Upon examination, it's a hard, white little bump. I gently scratched it, just to make sure it wasn't just dry skin, it's not.

It doesn't bother him one bit, in fact, he's in a fantastic mood.

I've never seen or heard of this (and I worked with infants for years and years), DH didn't know what to make of it. Anyone else know?

My two year old had something very simular to this last week. I was very concerned. I can't remember for the life if me what it was called but she just told me to apply some yeast infection cream to it. I did as directed and it's now gone.

I noticed this today on my son too! It looks like a pimple. What did the pedi say? My LO had his circumcision almost two weeks and thought maybe this is what caused it.

Our DS had one not that long ago too. I gently pressed on it and it popped. Didn't bother LO one bit. I kept it really clean and it went away after a few days.
