Blurred Vision??

Hi ladies- for the past week or so, when I get up in the morning, my eyes are more crusty than normal. This morning, it was like that...but whatever no big deal. When I got to work this morning, I realized my vision is very blurry. I have a hard time seeing things far away and on my computer screen. I googled and saw that it could be an early pregnancy symptom...but I feel like anything could be a "symptom" if you google right.

Has anyone else had blurry vision??? TIA!

    Blurry vision (like lightheadedness) is a side effect of low blood pressure (and some other mild-nutrient type deficiencies) that often go along with the first trimester of pregnancy.  See if drinking lots of water and eating small meals throughout the day improves the situation.  If not, I would ask your doctor if there is anything they would like you to do.

    might also be an increased mucus thing (crusty eyes and all that)...also common in early pregnancy IIRC.

    yeah i wake up all mucky and stuffy every morning, and then it gets better through the day.  lots of ick down below too.

    I'm an optometrist and mucus can definitely make your vision blurry (try hot compresses in the morning) but if your vision is still blurry it could be because of the hormonal changes. If it is due to hormones all you can do is sit back and enjoy the ride (like everything else in pregnancy!).

    My daughter completely ruined my vision when I was pregnant with her - I didn't notice until I was much further along but now my eyes have all kinds of crazy fuzzy vision … thank God for excellent glasses.
