For SAIF moms with twins...

i posted over on multiples also but didn't get any responses as i don't post there often. DH and i decided that we're going to use our city select double for the new baby (just transform back into a single stroller) since we have everything for it - carseat adapter, rain cover, snack trays, etc etc. Plus it's a very long, bulky stroller as a double. Loved it when the babes were young, but now that they're older we want a side by side. Anyway, was looking on amazon at the Joovy X2 Scooter. It got great reviews and looks like it has all the things we want - fairly compact for a double, great sunshades, seats recline, and lots of storage. any other MoM's have good suggestions for side by side strollers before I make the leap? Trying to stay under $250 for this one....Thanks!

    Sorry not a MoM but I love strollers. They do have the city mini double 2013 on sale for $314 on Albee baby. I know that's a little over budget. I'm lusting after this want but don't want to buy anything as I'm barely pg

    LOVE my BJCM GT. The boys also love it and never fuss in it (they are 18 mo). It's over your budget, but you might be able to find something on CL or at a local MoM club consignment sale.

    Check on Amazon warehouse. I stalk over there and every once in a while the have a BJCM floating by with an open box for way less than retail :)

    I have the BJCM GT as well. Like PP said, check consignment shops and sales. I just found a BOB double stroller for $45....it was in great shape. I didn't buy it because I didn't need it, but it shows if you do a little digging, you can probably find a good stroller for under budget.

    We have the BJCM and I LOVE it. We got a great deal on it because we got it in an "off" color combo (grey and orange). You can actually get one from BRU (in this color combo) for $199 right now. Great deal!
