NT Scan and Photos!

So like everyone else I have to share with you all. I had my NT scan this morning. My DH was able to come to this appointment (his first time).

Lets start off with I have a pretty tilted uterus. It took the tech awhile to even find baby and then it was really shadowy. Once she started getting a clearer image our baby was being insanely stubborn and not moving in the right position. She ended up giving me a glass of water. After baby started bouncing around, baby still refused to cooperate. Then the tech gets me a granola bar and grabs another tech. Still no luck! After 45 minutes they decided to do transvaginal. Finally baby was cooperating and they had a clearer picture. I was in the ultrasound room for over an hour! No complaints though!

Measurements looked great, very low amount of fluid and the nasal passage was clearly visible. Yay baby

I asked if they believed the nub theory. Both agreed, but you guessed it! Baby wouldn't cooperate! Baby was all curled up so the nub was really hard to tell the angle. Boo! Oh well I have my anatomy scan 5/22!

Also at the end they did a 4D ultrasound! How cool! Not sure thats standard. .. or if they just felt bad for making me cough, wiggle my hips and pushed and jiggled me constantly haha.

One thing I learned today is I tested very high positive for ANA (Anti Nuclear Antibodies).. Goes along with my clotting, but now I'm being looked into for Lupus and other fun things. Hopefully all comes back negative!
