Almost made it but need advice

My lo will be a year is just 3 weeks. I am a teacher and have fought hard to make it this long while only pumping once at work. I have recently noticed a huge dip in my pumping output. I seem to have enough when I am with him but I'm not responding well to the pump. I just need to make it to next Friday and I will be home until his first birthday. My stash is rapidly dwindling and I don't think I will have enough milk for him by next tuesday. He has only had formula a few times when he was a newborn. It seems silly to put him on it for just a few days. I am going to start supplementing with whole milk after he turns one. Any advice as to what to do for the days I am short milk? I already pump in the morning and evening.

I started introducing almond milk just before 11 months and DD tolerated it well. I started slowly with 1 ounce of almond in 3 ounces of BM, and slowly added more from there. I introduced WCM shortly after a year, but she had yogurt prior to then and had no other issues with her tummy, so I wasn't particularly worried about her being upset by it.

A magic switch doesn't flip when babies turn 1, it's just a suggested guideline, so if you decide to start cows milk a week early, I wouldn't stress about it! Just go slowly

As PPs said, I would just supplement with WCM at this point. Just start slow and watch for signs of intolerance. congratulations on making this far!
