33 1/2 weeks pregnant - constant pain, some tightening, & more?

This is my first pregnancy and I am approaching my 34th week. The past day (and this morning) I have been experiencing almost constant pain in my stomach and pelvis. The pain is coming in waves and I can't seem to time it. My stomach does harden at times. The cramping pain seems worse today than yesterday. I had a dr. appt. the other day but he just checked heart beat. He did say that my baby's head is all the way down, he can't see her being more than 6 1/2 pounds, and if I do go into labor then he won't be stopping it. Some other symptoms I have noticed:
- More discharge (it is clear with some white in it.)
- My blood pressure was at 114 I'm usually between 80-90
- I have lost 3 pounds
- Felt a lot of pressure when on the toilet - almost like if I pushed, she would come out.
I did just get done taking antibiotics for a bacterial infection, also. I'm really starting to worry!

Seriously. Call your doc. We are not him/her.

Don't worry about looking stupid if it turns out to be nothing. It is their job to address to your concerns and check things out. Just call.
One thing, though, an increase in discharge doesn't usually mean much unless it's accompanied by a change in colour, odour, and/or thickness.

No replies to anything. Ever.
This woman has had pain and cramping for over 24 hours and other changes, but instead of calling her OB and making sure her baby is fine, she is sitting on her ass online asking a bunch of people who have no medical experience or know her history or risk!!!
Not sure how much you lurk or post here, but a few weeks ago, an identical situation played out on these boards and by the time that that woman finally sought help, it was too late. Sorry (but not really) if none of us want to see a repeat of that.
I don't give a flying fart in space if what we say hurts her feelings or sounds mean. The fact of the matter is that this woman could possibly have something seriously wrong with her baby, so yeah, I'm going to be harsh and blunt if it means she realizes how stupid she is acting and calls her doctor!
