    At 4:00 we have the second half of the sequential testing as well as an ultrasound.  Hopefully baby is still looking good.

    I just have my 4 month appointment (4 months tomorrow) @ 2:45. Just a quick check-up and hopefully listen to the heartbeat.

    I have the 17 week appt today with a midwife at my ob's office. This is the first time my dh is missing an appointment due to work, so I invited my mother who is dying to go to hear the hb.

    Hopefully she will just sit quietly, but not likely.

    Just got home! Heartbeat was strong at 150, everything measured well, they took a tube of blood, and we know baby is a boy!

    My appointment went fine. Heartbeat was strong. The weird thing was they told me to take excedrin for my migraines. I thought that was a no-no. We will have the a/s in two weeks. Glad you ladies had good appointments too!

    Had my first prenatal with my midwife yesterday afternoon. She took blood and pee and we listened to the heart beat. According to all the old wives tales it's a boy b/c of the beat. But she could've been sleeping. It was nice to hear the heart again. :) Over all good appt!

    I had part 2 of my sequential testing on Tuesday. It was just bloodwork and then I got to listen to the hb. It was a steady 148. I have my ultrasound on the 15th and cant wait to find out boy or girl! Its so nerve wracking having to wait, but I know it will be worth it!
