Care.com background check

Has anyone use the background check on care.com? I'm wondering if it is enough? And which level of background check I should do? Any input?
My TTC History:
2009: missed miscarriage #1 at 9 weeks (trisomy 16)
2010: Infertility
2011: Diagnosis and treatment (low sperm count, anastrozole for DH, clomid for me + IUI)
2012: Baby #1
2014: Baby #2
October 2015: missed miscarriage #2 at 11 weeks (trisomy 22)
March 2016 BFP#5, due November 2016.

    I can't remember if I used theirs.  But I typically run one at Intelius.com and also through the local DMV (since our nanny drives our kids).

    Ive never used it but a few people i know that used care.com went ahead and did their own background checks...not sure the reasoning (if it wasnt enough or they just wanted to)
