Diaper Bag Insert Question

I have found a few purses that I would love to use as a diaper bag, but was wondering if anyone had recommendations for the insert for them.  I can google and research, but I prefer personal recommendations.  If anyone has used any that they love, hate, they fell apart, whatevs, I'm open ears!  Thanks ladies!!

    I found lots of different sizes & styles on etsy,haven't used yet though

    I've heard good things about Divide and Conquer on Etsy.  They are pricey though.  I tried an insert on amazon and it didn't quite work.  The pockets were too small and it was very floppy.  I've used a regular large tote (Ella Tote by Tory Burch) and just add extra stuff, including a JJ Cole bottle holder, Skip Hop changing pad, wet/dry bag for clothes.  It works out great and the tote is nylon so it's easy to wipe off.

    I would put the money into an actual diaper bag. I could imagine trying to organize all that shiz into even one of my biggest purses. Andplusalso, many diaper bags look like purses.

    I agree. I don't know if this will be helpful, but this is the diaper bag I have (although mine is charcoal gray that they don't make anymore). To me it looks more like a purse than a regular babyish diaper bag, but it has great storage and organization. I love it. I got it at Buy Buy Baby and used a 20% off coupon.

    ^^ I have a 'skip hop' bag too I bought off Amazon that I love!
    It's more of a swing pack type but I agree with PP- you'll definitely want a 'diaper bag' style versus an actual purse. They're made completely different- sturdier, pockets, easy clean up, etc.

    If you want to get really fancy, Coach Outlet puts out weekly deals and they have diaper bags in there all the time that you'd never be able to tell it wasn't a purse! I look all the time but haven't splurged just yet :)
