Okay, so it's only 10:30 here... But it's later for our East Coast Ladies, and it's MOTN for DD. Went down at 8 as per usual. I was just about to go to bed, when I heard some suspicious grunting sounds on the baby monitor. Someone here is wiiiide awake, and pooping. Sigh. On the upside, she's feeding now, so I should get more sleep. Here's hoping she goes back down easily enough!

I'm up for my 1st MOTN feeding. It's been a long and trying day as I think he's going through his 2nd leap. He's been cranky, clingy and on the boob all day long! He also had a meltdown while I was giving him a bath tonight and I knew that he was not himself. Thankfully after 5 min of screaming and crying he passed out at 7:30pm and woke up at 11:30pm. Everytime I checked in on him I can't help but turn to mush regardless to how much he exhausts me. Here's to hoping I'll get a few hours of interrupted sleep before he wakes up again.

Its 1230 here. Dd woke up when we came in the rm 20 minutes ago. I had to fix the swaddle cause it was by her face. It woke her up so she started squirming. I left her hoping she would fall back asleep, but that she started pooping. So I fed the one side and will change and feed the other and hope she sleeps for a while. I am exhausted I only slept 4 hours today after working all night. We had some erands we did today and by the time we ate, bathed dd, fed, put to bed, watched the finale of himym and took care of bills and showered it was 12. I am exhausted and hope she goes down easy and sleeps for a stretch

We are up BUT Abby slept about 2.5 hours in the mini crib!!! It was a struggle for about an hour but I won! She wasn't doing her normal scream so I knew I was dealing with a different baby. She rolled off me twice last night so I'm over feeling comfortable with her sleeping on me while I'm sleeping. I just hope I can stick to it. It made for a long hour of her waking up and me comforting her without picking her up. She would cry but it was never the screaming like it once was, thanking the meds for that. And after some time, she would start to wimper and I would wait a few minutes and she fell back to sleep on her own! She just finished eating and is asleep on me now but back down she goes and I will fight with her again if I must. But like I said in previous posts, before I knew she was in some kind of pain now it doesn't seem like it. However, if she screams like before, I'm going to pick her up and cuddle her. I think the gas drops before feedings is helping too but hard to know for sure because I started giving it before eating the same day she started the Zantac. I'll give the Zantac two weeks and stop the gas drops and see how she does. Any who, hope she gets another 2-3 hours laying down flat. I will be one happy mommy!!

Just adding that she has been back down, on her own!! almost 20 minutes without a peep. I had to check on her and she is fine. I was nervous I would wake her. But now I'm wide awake. I'm also worried about the dog, again, he ate another nipple shield! I'm so mad. I've been doing so good keeping them in Tupperware. But my dad was here and I went to change her and my dad went to the bathroom and I guess the lid wasn't all the way closed and he got it! So on poop patrol tomorrow hoping it passes again. Ugh! I'm just freaking out until it does.

We are up for the first time tonight. Cora is usually a champ when it comes to STTN but not this past week. She must be hitting another growth spurt because we are lucky to get 3-4 hour stretches (normally she sleeps 6-8 hrs at a time). She also has been fighting sleep... I'm really hoping this is just a phase. She's spoiled me the last 11 weeks. Momma wants her sweet sleeping beauty back

@Rojovol34‌ thanks! Hope you get some sleep soon too!!! It is crazy that bad nap days mean bad night sleepers. One would think after not sleeping all day, one would be more tired and sleep better at night! Babies are strange!

We're up. Night 2 of the 1 arm out swaddle. L made it about 3.5 hours before waking up, but it had been about 5 hours since the last time he ate so I'm nursing. My allergies have been a pain in the ass for the last couple days and it's really knocked me down. I'm hoping for some much needed rest!

I'm up. We got two nights of six hrs between feedings and the last two nights it's been four hours. Still decent but those two extra hours make a difference. She didn't nap as well on Tuesday or yesterday so probably related.

I'm up. DDs been trying to sleep on her side for the past few days and DH finally convinced me to go no-swaddle last night. Sure enough she stretched out onto her left side and fell asleep in what has to be the most uncomfortable position ever. But she's been sleeping in 4 hr stretches so I'm not going to argue. She still has quite a Moro reflex but it's either not waking her as much or the side sleeping is helping. However changing the little shit is impossible. Whenever you put her in her back for anything she brings her knees up and starts to roll to her side. Very angry baby when I roll her back to put on her diaper. So tonight after a good long changing because it's 3AM and mom couldn't get the diaper OR the damn snaps right (thanks DH!) we're nursing our second side with a lazy latch.

@Rojovol34‌ if we don't laugh we'll cry! And it is hilarious because I talk to her as if she knows what's happening. I change her on the floor. I just know when I TRY the changing table that will be the day she rolls over! Also? I hate snaps. Hope your LO naps well tomorrow and you're able to get some rest!

We're up. M had stated sleeping on his side and every freaking night the diaper had leaked. I was so careful putting that diaper on last night, but it's like he peed straight out of the leg. I'm really starting to dislike Huggies. The crib is soaked and I just don't want to mess with it in the dark, do into the bassinet he'll go. If he falls sleep soon I can get an hour nap in before I have to get up for work.

Up again. DS either hates me or is having a growth spurt. We've been up every 2 hrs, even after I transferred him to the RNP. I don't get it. He slept great today too!

We're up again but he seems to be doing good with the 1 arm out swaddle. When he woke up this time he had actually worked the other arm out and was just chillin in his crib. I might attempt both arms out tonight!

@bkrudd‌ I laid him back down with both arms out but he just couldn't get settled so I reswaddled with both arms in and rocked him back to sleep. I'm hoping for another hour of sleep!!!
