Just a quick stroller opinion question

Hi ladies. We have a city select double jogger that we really like, however it's a bit bulky having a tandem stroller with the two toddlers. I never thought I'd want a side by side but I think we are ready for one. DH and I were considering selling our double jogger, but now that we are expecting baby number three I think we are just going to use the city double as a single since we have the car seat adapter, rain cover, etc. Question is this: we would like a side by side stroller that isn't cumbersome, has decent storage, and is easy to throw in hype back of an SUV. Our twins are 15 months and we would like this to be a stroller they can use for a long time. We already have an expedition that was given to us by a family member, but we use that mostly for walks at the beach since it's already pretty rusted on huge wheels and spokes. But it does the job. Anyway, I found some good reviews on amazon for the joovy scooter x2 stroller side by side. Most of the reviews looked pretty decent, so I'm wondering if anyone has opinions either way? Trying to keep it around $250. Thanks!

  • Oops meant to say rusted on the wheels, not huge wheels. Haha

  • I LOVE our City Mini Double. It has decent storage but not great accessibility to it. I have not encountered a door that it can't fit through. It folds down nicely-- fits in a Civic trunk and inside one of our teeny hallway closets. Our go-to stroller is our umbrella Jeep Twin Sport though. I like it much better now that they are older because it's less confining that the City Mini. No storage, but we have a decent-sized storage bag for it that hangs from the handles.
