Can I post here without an IF diagnosis?

Hi ladies :)

I've been lurking for a bit and realize that I'm still not technically to a year of TTC without any luck, but 11 months have come and gone and we're now on our final cycle before I can go see a Dr for some help.  I've also been lurking on TTTC, but I'm not sure I belong there because I hate the feeling that I have to hide my son on all my posts.  He's a huge part of my life and a big reason why we are TFAS.  If you'll allow me to stay, here's my intro:

I'm Megan (29) my DH (32) and my son Jameson (2.5) live in sunny SoCal.  We had the easiest time in the world conceiving him (first month) and clearly something is very different now.  I had pre eclampsia with him and ended up with a fairly traumatic c-section with hemorrhaging and other fun stuff.  I don't know if our issues now are resulting from that or what.  I chart, use OPK's, PreSeed, and all sorts of other crazy stuff that hasn't worked yet.  

I hope you'll let me hang out here with you as I venture into the scary/crappy world of SIF.

TFAS since May 2013
8/14 - Bloodwork showed heterozygous MTHFR gene mutation and elevated AMH (but no cysts)
9/14 - HSG, Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy showed tubes clear, but found and removed Endometriosis, scar tissue and 2 small benign masses on my tubes.
11/14 - Daily ultrasounds confirmed that my follicles are not releasing the egg and every other day blood draws showed very low progesterone... DH's SA was near perfect
12/14 - moving onto meds!!! Hold up!!!  Surprise BFP after only taking the progesterone!  Now what do I do with all of the other meds we already paid for?!  Due at the end of August 2015 Beta#1- 4434 @ 22DPO  Beta#2 - 7335 @ 25DPO Beta #3 - 14429  @ 28DPO

    We would prefer you wait until you have an actual IF dx. I know it seems like it's taking forever when you've been TTC for 11 months, but this is a very small group of ladies and the majority have been ttc for years, and are now doing medicated cycles such as IUI and IVF. 

    Trust me, it's a good thing you don't really need this board (yet, hopefully at all)

    Spontaneous pregnancy #5= Baby #3 is a BOY!!!
