Hello everyone, so AF officially showed up yesterday even though I had been spotting since last Friday and I did get my official Negative Beta on Monday.
I may not be a April Snuggle Bunny though, we have our WTF appt on Friday and if the doctor is cool with it, we may take the month off. I just need a break, but we will see. The nurse made it sound like the doctor had a lot to cover so who knows how this is going to go. They also suggested I start seeing a therapist, I don't know if that is suggestion that they make to all patients or if they could just tell i am really upset.. or I am thinking the worst and what if they suggested it because the doctor has horrible news to deliver?
QOTW: Disney, always Disney. I am obsessed with Disney World/Land... I mean to me they have everything, fun.. warm.. good service... We went in January to Orlando and I am surprising DH with a trip to LA for his 30th in May and of course we are going to go to Disneyland.

Hugs @ejrobbi. I'm so sorry that your first cycle was unsuccessful and that you're (very understandably) having a hard time. I don't think your doctor's suggestion to see a therapist is anything to worry about. I'm sure that it's very common for people going through all of this to need some extra support! Some offices even have on-site counselors. It's definitely something that I should consider - my anxiety is out of control - but I haven't done it yet.
I hope that your WTF meeting goes well and that you and your doctor come up with a plan that you're both comfortable with!
@ejrobbi, I agree with @Milagros315 that your doctors suggestion to seek therapy is not uncommon. I started seeing a therapist after our IVF #1 failed... I shouldn't have waited that long. I was a lot worse off than I thought by the time I got to my first appointment. Even though the first therapist I saw wasn't the best match for me, it was still very helpful. I'm currently seeing a different therapist (one who specializes in women's reproductive issues) and can say that it has helped me so much.
@ejrobbi, so sorry about your BFN. I agree with pp's that it's a good suggestion and may be helpful for you to talk to someone. I can't imagine the grief and saddness that you and all the other ladies with BFN IVF cycles have gone or are going through. Hugs to you

After thinking about it, i need it, I have never been depressed before and this is so hard. Thanks again ladies, I will let you know how my WTF appt goes tomorrow.

I'm glad to hear you're taking care of yourself @ejrobbi. Good luck with your WTF. I've always found them to be very draining, so plan something nice & relaxing for yourself after.
