Naps: What naps?? haha it all depends. LO is a TERRIBLE napper. At daycare, she will sometimes take 2-3 20 minute naps or 1 15 minute nap. At home, usually 2-3 20 minute naps. She is easily distracted and very nosy so she doesn't want to miss anything. She also takes after me in the extremely light sleeper department.
Bedtime: since she is such a horrible napper, she is usually ready for bed around 6:30
Naps: Vary but usually one at 9:30 and one at 1 or 2pm. They last about 45 minutes. During the week she'll snooze in the car from 5-5:30 when I get her from my mother's and bring her home.
Bed time: Start routine at 6:30pm and usually asleep by 7pm.
DD is 7 months. A typical day is wake up around 7:30. She gets a 20 minute nap around 10am. Then another nap around 2. This one lasts 30-60 minutes. She takes a couple other little 10 minute cat naps throughout the day most of the time too. Then bedtime is usually 10pm but sometimes as early as 7:30. It really seems to depend on how hungry she is and how busy our day has been. She wakes up about 3 days a week at either 12, 3, or 6 for an extra feeding. The rest of the time she sleeps straight through!
LO goes to bed about 7 pm.... wakes up 530ish, and is down for her first nap about 2 hours after she wakes up for the day. The afternoon nap is on her own schedule and sometimes skipped if she fights it.
LO is 6 months. She goes to bed at 7:15, sleeps until between 4 and 5 eats and then goes back to sleep until 7-7:30. She takes her first nap 2 hours after she's been up. Takes another nap around noon and then another one around 3:30. She will only nap for a half an hour at a time.

My wife is going through this right now and it's stressing her out like crazy. I'm currently deployed and she's raising our son by herself. He wakes up at around 5-7 am, then he takes a small nap like 2 hours after that. He sleeps for like 20 minutes in the afternoon. She tries to put him to bed around 7 and he's up every 2 hours or less. She feeds him and then he just screams non stop until he finally passes out. She's at her breaking point and I can't do anything about it. Any pointers?
She usually wakes up around 7-7:30 am. Naps around 10, 1 and 5ish (each nap lasts about 30mins - 1hr) and goes down for the night around 8:30pm. She usually sleeps through the night with maybe 1 wake up.
