Dd is/was mpsi. I have already reintroduced soy and she is fine with it. Well, I haven't had straight soy, but cooked she is fine. I have been very slowly working on dairy. So far she has tolerated baked in milk and butter just fine. I gave her homemade mac and cheese and a cheese omelet and she started with ezama. Nothing else though. Would you keep giving her stuff if the only reaction is small amounts of ezama on her arms and legs?

Re: Reintroducing Dairy?
I think this would be a good question for your pedi/allergist.
Personally I wouldn't continue to offer cheese because in our experience once my LO's excema starts in it just gets worse and worse until we cut all allergens, aggressively treat the excema with steroids, and then stay away from the allergen. If your LO's excema doesn't spiral from bad to worse like that then you might be able occasionally offer some cheese but maybe not offer it every day or in large quantities?
