Toddler bedding

What kinds of bedding does your toddler sleep with? My 19 month old is still in his crib with baby blankets. The blankets are starting to be too small for him, so I'm trying to figure out what's next. Do you use larger blankets, a pillow, comforter? My son likes to sleep with a blanket over his head, so I'm a little afraid of putting much more in his crib with him.

    DD is almost 16 months, sleeps with a knit blanket (often kicks it off).  Not sure when we'll add a pillow...

    My 14 month old sleeps with 1 knit blanket, 1 A+A blanket, and a lovie right now. My DD (3.5) sleeps with her mountain of stuffed animals, quilt, fleece blanket, throw blanket, and pillow pet. We let her have the blankets and pillow at 2 when she converted to a bed. Now we're looking at getting her a big girl bed with a real bedding set.

    Since around 18 months, DS2 has slept with about 5 fleece blankets and 3 stuffed animals in his bed.  We added a adult sized pillow around 20 months.  I cover him up when I put him to bed (in his crib still) but he rarely stays covered up.  DS1 has really only started staying covered up in the last 2 years (so around age 4).  I don't know that the size of the blanket is a huge deal unless you just want a toddler bedding set.

    DS sleeps with a small fleece blanket and the comforter from his original crib bedding set as well as a small taggie blanket and a stuffed animal.

    My son sleeps with a couple blankets, a stuffed dog and a book. Three nights running now though he has refused to go in his crib without the MagneDoodle. He slept on one of the shapes and had a star indentation in his face until 9 am.

    My LO sleeps with a pillow, some stuffed animals and one of those fleece tie blankets. She's too tall for her baby blankets so I got some fabric (a yard and a half I think?) and made a fleece tie blanket for her. Super easy to make!

    DD is 21 months and sleeps with 1-2 baby blankets in her crib.  Occasionally she will insist on taking her "big girl" comforter in the crib with her. we haven't converted to toddler bed or a pillow yet- she tends to sleep on her belly with her butt in the air :)
