I make baked mac and cheese that is pretty good and very easy.
You need: -elbow mac -2 cans of campbell's nacho cheese soup (sometimes I use the fiesta) -1lb of shredded colby jack cheese -milk -butter
I boil the noodles. I put everything else in a large pot until it's all melted. I just eye ball the butter and milk. Lots of butter. Put the noddles in with the cheese, stir. Put it all in a 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle with some shredded cheese and breadcrumbs. Put in the oven for about 20 mins at 350.
You could skip the baking part and just eat it as is if you want.
I use the one in the Betty Crocker cookbook. (And sadly I am doing this from memory)
7 oz noodles- cook (obviously)
4 T Butter- melt with low heat 1/4 c flour 1/4 t Worchestershire sauce 1/4 t ground mustard 1/4 t salt 1/4 t pepper Add those to the butter, keep on low heat, cook until bubbly (the seasonings can all be altered to taste)
Add 2 C milk, stir constantly until boiling
Add 2 C shredded cheese (recipe calls for sharp cheddar, I usually use 1/2 Colby jack and half pepper jack). Stir until melted (can remove from heat).
Pour sauce on noodles. Bake covered for 30 minutes on 350.
This is pretty much the recipe I use for cheese fondue and it is soooo good.
Fr the blue box, spirals are my favorite.... But I agree that shells and cheese are better sometimes.... Depends On if you get the blue box ratios exactly right. And omg @NotSharknado that Mac and cheese looks incredible.
It was delicious and I'm pretty sure I ate my weight in it.

Me too but I'm feeling adventurous. I need something to soak up my booze ridden body.
Phew! I was starting to think I was the only one.
