H got his first haircut over the weekend! He also decided to help us sort his clothes by throwing them around the room. We had so much fun throwing clothes back on him and watching him laugh!

QOTW: I'm not an April Fools participant and don't usually have any good ones pulled on me. I'm a teacher so I get things all day long like "I'm moving" or "there's something on your back" and kids moving seats or trying to go to the wrong class.

E got a great new toy to use at home now that she stays at home with the nanny (woohoo!) She is in love with it, and it's all she wants to do ever.
QOTW: I'm terrible at pranks. But my mom used to always wake me up and tell me it was snowing. And I'd run to the window so excited. (We are in Texas, it was never snowing in April.) she got me many years in a row.

QOTW: I saw on Pinterest how you can make fake chocolate chip cookies out of mashed potatoes and olives, I really WANT to do it one year, but I just didn't have time for it this year.
I also really want to do the egg carton joke lol.

@TJ1979, I've been thinking of getting an indoor slide for M, b/c we don't have a backyard. But that will take up our entire living room! WEll, now that it's warmer outside, I guess we can just go to the playground (just a short walk for us). I think M would have loved it during the cold winter when we were stuck inside.

QOTW: can't think of any!

I don't normally like April Fools, but I did participate one year and told DH that I dropped my wedding ring down the sink. I can never trick or surprise him, so I had to do it once

He fell for it, but I told him before he took all the plumbing apart.

When my sister and I were kids, one year my parents switched us in the middle of the night. We woke up in eachother's beds. It was hilarious!

QOTW: I told my Mum I was moving back home.... to Australia. I will never do that joke again. She was so upset. April 1 is my Dads B'Day and also the day he died. He was the ultimate April Fool.

Ooh! I have been saving this picture all week for Hump Day!! DH and I riding camels at a church fair with the kids.

QOTW: when I was in high school I collaborated with my least favorite teacher---she wrote me out a fake "referral" (that what we called disciplinary forms that got sent to the principal) saying I mouthed off to her etc. My mom fell for it hook, line, and sinker.

How cute @kzawisl! I can't believe how big they are getting. They are just just a little older than E, but they look so grown up, which means E is grown up, and it's just not fair... slow down time!
Also, I think E has the same shoes - cute!

QOTW: We don't really do April Fools.... When we were little my brother and I would try and convince each other that it was a snow day

our school was always 'that' school that was always having 2 hour delays and snow days
