Alice woke up 30 min before my alarm went off so I just brought her to bed with me. She was wallering all over so I asked her if she wanted to go back in her bed. She got excited so I had Husband take her back in there. He came back and said "I left her door open. Hope that's okay." Not 10 seconds later, little feet came padding down the hall and the I hear her little voice next to me "Hi, Mama!"

What a goose!

I met a mom at the park the other day and I have a mom crush on her. She was so easy to talk to and super cool. She is a single mom of twin 5 year olds. I was too chicken to ask for her number but she was at the park near my house and she lives close by so hopefully I run into her again.

I have to AW for a sec. Found this dress on my yard sale site for $8 and the hat at the dollar store. We are celebrating easter this Sunday with my family since we will be in the Bahamas with the husband's family on easter day.

I am sick with a really bad cold and I can only take Tylenol and it's not doing any good. Along with all the first trimester stuff. Plus Alexis was up all night throwing up. She hasn't thrown up all day, but she has hardly ate anything. She just wants to nurse and I feel like crap. I called out of work again, but I'm almost out of sick days. If I still feel this bad tomorrow I might go to the doctor and see if they can do anything.

DH and I are fighting. Awesome. I'm so sick of SDs attitude and he seems to think the fact that she treats everyone like shit is no big deal. It's not just us, her friends mom told us she gets an attitude with them too. This came up because he freaked on her for giving him an attitude over orange juice, but he doesn't discipline her any other time. There's no constancy. She's so disrespectful that I don't want to be around her at all. Ever. She's snotty towards the kids at school and none of then want to play with her. She's mean to her closest friend to the point I've gotten calls from her friends mom about SD being a bully.

And he seems to think it's a good idea for her to be home alone in the mornings and after school, and care is available at the school. But SD wants a phone so of course she's all for it. So DH gave her my old phone. She's 10. She's in 4th grade. And she's extremely immature for her age.

Also, NJ doesn't have a legal "stay at home age" but a national stay safe campaign recommends that children 12 and under shouldn't be left home alone.

BM has been telling Lilli she can go live there. So is it really smart to have her home alone (when care is readily available) if BM is just looking for ammo?

That sucks @stephcarter‌, I definitely think she is too young to be home alone. She should be in the before and after school program at school. Is her attitude problem new? Has there been a recent changes with anything, maybe with birth mom (ie BM forgetting to pick her up or not showing up? I think I remember you mentioning that in the past). Maybe it is affecting her and she needs to work through that disappointment or fruatration some how.

There's after school care available, I don't know wtf he's thinking. The kid still believes in Santa, why the hell should she be leaving/coming home to an empty house.

SD is ridiculously spoiled and I feel like the attitude is getting worse with age. She threw a full on tantrum when DH told her we weren't going on an exotic vacation this year because we want to buy a house. Like screaming and tears. She's the "I want a golden goose and I want it now!" Type of girl because DH and BM have never disciplined her. She doesn't give a shit what I say, so I'm just giving up. I'll just let her do what she wants because me thinking that she shouldn't disrespect adults makes me "mean"

My mom would slap the shit out of me if I even thought of talking to her the way SD talks to all adults.

In other non-vibrator related news, my kid is all of a sudden a spoon savant. Give the baby a bowl of ice cream and not a drop is spilled. Go figure. LOL

I just woke up Wesley when checking on him by accident. As i was trying to get him back to sleep my h came in and told me in doing it wrong,so i told him fine if he knew better have at it, I'm beyond pissed in the almost 18 months of our sons life my h has never once done a bedtime or a wakeup and now all of a sudden he is an expert!
