This week I want to walk Wed - Sun. We're going to a wedding on Saturday and the NICU reunion on Sunday so I need to watch the weekend eating/drinking. No buying alcohol!!!
Mid term goal, lose 30 lbs and start jogging again. I'd like to try waking up early and getting it done first thing, but lazy. Long term-be healthy and able to wear most of my closet again. No more maternity jeans
As far as April Fool's, I'm gullible too so I am on guard today. I can't wait to play fun pranks on B when he is older. Frozen bowl of cereal/milk, etc.
This week: I walked yesterday, it was beautiful! I am rotating through a lot of different workouts to keep it fun. And running at least 3 times a week. My friend at work was a personal trainer in college and she designed a meal plan for me!!! Today is day 2. The food is tasty and I wasn't hungry at all yesterday! Hopefully it works
Goal: feel healthy and strong! I'm getting a little greedy with the weight loss haha but I would love to lose 10 more pounds. Then I would be at my wedding day weight! I never thought I would see that number again
And I HATE April fools. I fall for every trick. It's so annoying
Last week- Worked out 5 days. Was good with the food. Down another lb.
This week- I've enjoyed some outdoor running. Soooo happy! And, I've started Bob again. I had my 90 pictures on Sunday. I do notice a difference from Day 1. But, I'd obviously like to see more.
Goal- 6lbs by my birthday. 47 days. Bring it.
QOTW- I have no poker face at all, so I suck at fibbing. However, I am very gullible so it's pretty easy to prank me.
What are your plans for this week? I'm hoping to get in 2 runs again and watch my snacks while at music festival. Busy week coming up for my students!
What's your long-term/mid-term goal? Mid term to run the 5k outside pushing the boys. Long term to feel good in a bathing suit by November for our anniversary trip.
