    I'm in the same situation... Hubby is on nights so he had to work and I'm at home with 4 kids

    Oy. That happened to me once. I spiked a fever of 104 and was alone with the baby. The only tylenol in the house was pm. I still took it and waited for my husband to come home. Thankfully baby was calm in the swing. It was really scary though. Feel better!
