When DD1 came downstairs late for breakfast, I told her there was none left, haha. She was actually concerned for a minute, but I can't keep a straight face, so she figured it out pretty quickly! She thought it was a good joke.
And side-note: both DD's learned about April Fool's Day at school yesterday, and have since been calling it "Great Fool's Day" which I think is hilarious and adorable!
When H went to drop Claire off at daycare today, there was a big "CLOSED" sign on her front door. He said he stood on her front step frantically thinking about what we were going to do when she threw open the door and said "APRIL FOOLS!"
I told my mom and my DH that my stomach pouch was a baby. They fell for it. Then I got depressed bc I still have a pouch. The situation motivated me so I'm going to workout tonight lol.
I pranked DH good. I told him that I got a call today that DDs bday party venue was doubled booked and since we were the 2nd person and not the 1st, they cancelled us. I started crying and saying but I have to call so many people, and I have to find a new place to have her party. I even called 3 places just asking for rates to make it truly believable. About 10 hours later, I made a sign for DD told hold. All it said was "Aprils fools dada" he knew right away then lol but I really had him going, I gave myself a pat on the back. )

I was going to tell my H surprise I'm pregnant, but I didn't want him to have an aneurysm and/or leave me.
