Supplemental Nursing Systems
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supplemental_nursing_systemI was sitting on my bed nursing LO when out of the blue this popped into my head. I had supply issues with DS1 and never got one of these but toyed with the idea because its supposed to increase your milk supply greatly. The link above explains what it is, if you don't know.
I'm not sure if many of you ladies who are having supply issues have heard of this, and I can't search if its been discussed before, because mobile. But I know there have been a lot of talks about supply lately. Hopefully someone can find this useful.

P.S. Medela sells a few styles and they are decently priced if anyone was curious of brands.

I don't think it's too late. It's worth a try. I kept trying to BF my DS1 for MONTHS after I started pumping for him.
