I've moved over from the knot to the bump. I've been around for about 3 years, but I still don't get why its rude to do a DD. Can any one explain that to me?

    People take the time to make a thoughtful reply to help both the original poster and anyone else who might read the thread for the same concern. When you delete the context for the reply it orphans those thought out replies and makes it difficult for anyone to find the information given in the future. It's just rude.

    Oh, okay. That actually makes sense. I've never DD any of my posts because I always felt bad for everyone that had previously replied. I just never thought of it that way. Thanks.

    I'm one of those weirdos who doesn't have a problem with them. Delete away. IDGAF. I don't have the time or energy to be offended, even if I've posted a long reply.

    Then again, I work with fiction authors for a living, so basically I'm paid to be ignored anyway.

    It's amazing what people get mad at on this site. I would suggest finding another pregnancy website as you will see many crazy pregos on here... hence my user name.
