You know what sucks?

When you dig in your diaper bag and find a full bottle. Wasted milk!! 

I keep his milk portioned out in the 80 mL medela bottles. I throw a couple in my bag whenever I leave and then clean it out when I get home. Twice now I have pulled out a full one from a previous trip that didn't make it back in the fridge. Sucks so bad. I don't have enough milk to waste it.

    I feel your pain on this one! I'm lucky if I get an ounce at most pumping sessions (god only knows why I keep pumping in the first place). I want to cry when it dribbles out of her mouth when she's drinking her bottle. That shiz is like gold!!!!

    I would cry.

    Yep. I have cried over spilt breastmilk... pumping sucks..this stuff really is like gold. I wish there were an easier way

    I know what you mean.  I pumped in the middle of the night a couple days ago, took it to the kitchen to transfer into bottles... and knocked it over all over the counter.  I can barely keep up making enough and have to supplement with formula, so every drop is precious.  So depressing.

    I found a bottle in the back of the fridge the other day and just stood there staring at it saying no no no! I have no clue when it is from so down the drain it went. I also get mad when lo is done eating and dribbles it or spits it out...doesn't he realize how much work it takes to provide that to him??!!!

    Will has never been good at coordinating his suck and swallow. He is a very messy eater and drools the entire feeding. Keep it in buddy!!

    I've left bottles in my diaper bag before too, definitely sucks! I also came upstairs last night thinking there was a bottle in the mini fridge only to discover that it has been left out all day and was ruined as well.
