Behind on my growth scan

My midwife sent me in for a growth scan about 2 weeks ago and I was measuring 31 weeks at 33 weeks and the baby was estimated to weigh 3lbs 15oz. When she measured my tummy today she looked slightly concerned and didn't tell me what my measurement was like she normally does. I have another ultrasound scheduled in 2 weeks to track the growth again and see how the baby has progressed. I was just wondering if anyone else has been in the same boat and what their outcomes were?
