My husband and I are wanting another baby soon. I have the plastic IUD for a year and have had no problems. Anyone have an IUD and how long did it take you to get pregnant after you had it removed?

I have a son and would like a girl. I've been reading allot online about a "girl" diet and taking Cranberry pills. Has anyone tried stuff to conceive a girl and were you successful? Our son wasn't planed so i wasn't charting my ovulation or eating different.

I was hoping LO#2 would be a girl since I already have a boy. That was 2 years ago. Now I am just hoping to have a second baby, boy or girl.

There's some information about a particular approach to gender selection, for lack of better word, in the book "Taking Charge of your Fertility". The author admits it's "widely disputed in the medical community", but perhaps a place to start.

If I I used that logic (As a teacher) I'd probably be fired but since we are online.... and if it somehow makes you feel better about yourself to make someone else look like an idiot then knock yourself out....
