STM with endometriosis?

Is anyone here a STM with endometriosis? This is my first and I have a pretty bad case of it and I'm wondering what the bleeding will be like after. With a normal period for me, I'm on the couch for days with some pretty strong pain meds and a heating pad. Is it the same thing?

    No experience with endometriosis but either way it's pretty bad after. It feels like the worst rug burn ever on your lady parts and there is so much blood you wonder if you have any left. Between the cramps because your uterus is contracting back, the bleeding the whole vagina area it's just unpleasant for the first week. But you have your little one and at the end of the day you push through because you're just so happy to have him/her.
