Warning- total AW; I need to just shout out to the world!

This is totally me being an AW. But since no one in my family or friends knows but this board I felt I needed to scream out loud here. Sorry if I upset anyone.
We have been struggling financially for months now. Drained out my savings for maternity leave and everything we had. We were forced to break down and get food stamps and a trip to the free food mart too. Just to survive. Electric was about to be shut off.
My SO had been hurt at work. We have been getting jerked around for months with work comp. now he needs surgery on Wednesday. I have gotten another job to my full time 13 hr nursing job because we are drowning. I contemplated leaving him because I would get more assistance being alone. Living with my mom or anything.
Anyways I get my bill from hospital and had a question on coding. You know medical vs ob type stuff. Anyways the lady says they wrote it off. I was a bit confused and asked my balance. She showed $0 I was like weird but I'm not saying anything. Then I keep going through my mail. SO brings in today's mail. There is a letter saying " due to your financial situation we wrote off your balance"
How in the name of The Lord did they know? I've told no one!!! It was only $118 left but I have been paying $20/ month to pay it off. That's still $118 I don't have.
Plus my SO got a full weeks check of work comp plus the back pay and the amount they shorted him!!!
We can breath!! I am proud to be crying happy tears for the first time in a very long time.
Thank you ladies and the support board for all your prayers. You have no idea how much you all mean to me.
Ok I'm done being an AW. I won't do it again. I just had to scream out that we will make it and our faith is strong and relationship is now even stronger then it was before!!!

OMG that's crazy. His is the same injury too!!! I pray for you. I'm thinking he will be off until our baby is born. They said could be 2-3 months. He has to be DOT re done. I just pray everyday !!

Meanwhile this all happens in the middle of a pregnancy, 3 months before a wedding I am in, and also a baby shower I already volunteered to co-host. The shower was Sunday and the wedding is this Saturday. Once those stresses are out I can focus on this baby girl. Luckily this is DD#2 and we have EVERYTHING we need as we saved literally everything.
Truly it is so nice to see SO smile and laugh again. I know it's been stressful on both of us.
Also, for future medical bills - all hospitals have a set amount of charity cases they write off if you meet certain requirements like low income or financial strain. So don't be afraid to ask about these programs and apply to see if you qualify.
