NWA: Confirmation Ultrasound?

Hi all,
I just moved to the NWA area and found out that we are expecting LO#2 in October. Do any of you know of a practice in the NWA area that does confirmation ultrasounds? I had one as a matter of course with my son, so I was surprised to find out that many practices don't have them here.
If possible, I'd really like to see the little bean before 20 weeks! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I've called Mercy, Lifespring and Parkhill.

I go to Mercy Women's Health, and my OBGYN gave me a bedside U/S at my 17 week check-up (not sure how far along you are). Baby was being shy, so we couldn't determine the sex of the baby. We go back on Wednesday for the "official" U/S. I am 18 weeks.
