Hi everyone...I have no appetite and am trying to eat little snacks throughout the day and smaller meals (if I have the appetite for one). Any tips? I'm worried I'm not going to be able to get enough nutrients at this critical stage?
Try apples or an English muffin with peanut butter, bland chicken or turkey, or greek yogurt. Protein is good for the baby and may help you with the morning sickness. I find when I'm feeling sick that sugary foods are the most unappealing.
