We are here. However, SHE SLEEPS THROUGH THE NIGHT NOW!!!!!!!! We night weaned and I am so glad we did. It took three nights. I went in there and when she asked for milk I offered water and said no milk now. We read a couple books and then snuggled. I was in there an hour the first night, 45 mins the next night and a half hour the third night. Now she sleeps awesome at night and is even napping longer during the day. So wonderful!

We are down to nursing before nap and before bed. I'm starting to think about weaning but don't really want to yet. I just don't want to be tandem nursing. I think by mid summer we will try to be done if she doesn't wean on her own. Otherwise, things are going really well here!

I love reading these posts. Always a celebration.

We're still here. Nursing at wake up, at 5pm at school pick up, and before bed.

Last week when I was out, I left breastmilk in a cup and he refused it... so I'm hoping that's not a trend because I have milk still left over in the freezer and I'm hoping he'll take it. He doesn't really drink the cow's milk offered at school so I'm happy he's nursing enough for it to be okay.

We introduced cows milk, he's not a huge fan. He see's keagan drink it though, so he keeps trying it, t not more than an ounce or two a day. He is still nursing 4x a day. We celebrated our 18month nursaversary I'm pretty dang proud of myself. I keep going back and forth on weaning him, but will just let him do his thing for now.

I am officially done! DD has been completely weaned for close to 2 weeks now. She had a few good nights of not waking at her usual 5am-ish time, so that was enough for her to I guess forget about nursing, since she didn't look to nurse at all after that point.

She got sick right after that & her sleep has been shit, but things seem to be on the upswing now.

For the first time in 4 years (to the month), my body is mine again! Too bad I don't recognize it for what it once it looked like, lol.

Major props to everyone still going! You are awesome!

Still EPing. My supply is dropping bc I went down to pumping twice a day. Really getting into my freezer stash. DS is 19 months in 4 days, in about 2 weeks I should be totally done and will introduce cows milk.

We are still rocking out! I want to night wean but it isn't really feasible right now. I'm hoping int he next few months that will change.

Still going! At wake up, after school, and before bed on weekdays. About 5-6 times on weekends. I'm thinking 2 will be when I make the first move to cut out a session, but I have no qualms with continuing the way we are for now. I love it.
