I've been having cramps for a week, intensity increases/decreases throughout the day/night. The nurse at my doctor's office said cramping is normal and it's different for every woman. What did you all do to help ease the pain? Is a heating pad (at the highest heat level - most effective for me) safe? Any other ideas?
Thanks!

I am having the same problem. What works for me is changing positions. If I am sitting, I stand and walk around for a few minutes. Mine go from annoying to painful but only for a few minutes. I asked the doctor and he said this is normal in the early weeks. I hope this help!

I've had dull, lower abdomen cramps for weeks. I'm 8wks today and noticed some kind of sharp (but very quick) pains in my upper abdomen. In the middle, right below the breasts. OP..have you (or anyone else) had that?
