Body temp

Curious if anyone else is having issues regulating their own body temperature after birth? I had my baby 3/21 & since then I go from freezing to sweating & am never really comfortable for more than 10 minutes at a time.

Just me or is this normal?

I think it's pretty common. I had serious night sweats for at least a week, and was always freezing for about the same amount of time

That's how I am and Tuesday will be 3 weeks post partum for me. Breastfeeding makes it worse for me. As soon as I pop him on, my temp shoots up and I'm sweating. I'm also much hotter overnight.

I got the chills about 4 days after we came home, about 9 days pp, and freaked out bc I thought I had an infection on my incision or something. Then about 30 mins later I broke out in the sweats. I stayed that way for about another week, now I'm back to my always freezing self.

I'm 3 weeks pp and still get sweating and chills. I sweat like crazy at night until I get up to nurse LO and then I'm freezing.
