c section moms....

Do you have like random unidentifiable pains on the inside? It's like I have these twinges of pain and they are in my lower abdomen but I have no idea where they are from...my uterus? Anyone else have this? I should mention I'm only a week pp....

    Yep, I did have pains that were not uterine but probably muscular or connective tissue.

    I get them too. If they are crampy, it might be your uterus contracting back. If it's sharp, it might be the interior stitches pulling, or any scar tissue that's formed pulling.

    Yes... I get weird feelings on my arms and legs. Almost like an electric shock kind of feel (not horrible feeling, just an odd feeling).

    Yes, it's more than likely everything healing that was cut.  The nerves take a long time to grow back.  I would get little twinges of pain for a few years after my c/s, as well as numbness.
